Describe in your own words your perspective of how we as humans are “free, moral agents” making faith and life choices yet we also recognize that as believers that God has a pre-determined plan for us to follow?
How do you reconcile these two truths?
At this point in time, do you feel you are following God’s plan for your life? If not, in what ways do you feel like you’re off track?

Why should God knowing each of us before we were born give us confidence that he has a plan for us?
“Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born, I set you apart” (Jeremiah 1:5).
“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb” (Psalm 139:13).
How does God prepare us for use in his ultimate plan?
What truth did God declare to Ananias concerning Saul (Acts 9:11-15) that confirms he has a plan for our lives?
What lessons were learned from the experiences of Joseph (Genesis 50:19-21), David (Psalm 22:1-11), and Jesus (Mark 6:1-3) concerning preparation?
In what way are the following ingredients of our preparation critical for our becoming effective ambassadors for God?
