The Pleasant Valley Family Life Center completes PV as a place to grow as Jesus did ... in wisdom, in favor with God and man, and in stature or strength.
It features a full-size gymnasium with elevated walking/jogging track, a fitness room, which includes a variety of cardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines (we also offer personal training at no charge), several meeting room facilities and Breakin' Bread Café, a gathering place to rest from - or observe - the activities in the Gym.
PVFLCis more than a recreational facility for families - or even just the family of Christ at Pleasant Valley. It's a welcoming place for our community; an opportunity to get acquainted and grow better together.
You'll want to check in at the Information Booth and fill out a few necessaryforms first, but then you'll be well on your way to a stronger walk with God and His children.
