Group Exercise Class Descriptions
Hi-Low Aerobics: High/low aerobics with 35-40 minutes of cardio conditioning plus abdominals and stretch.
Tai Chi: Choroegraphed martial arts poses; helps facilitate energy flow, fitness, relaxation, and mental concentration; improves productivity by helping the participant be happy, relaxed, and creative.
Military Monday: A more advanced class designed to challenge your limits with cardio, calisthenics, and body weight exercises. This class pushes you to the limit!
Cardio Kickboxing: This total body workout is a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts that can improve strength, flexibility and coordination.
Cardio and Abs: Calisthenics, running and intense abdominal workout.
