My personal dreams and goals for Pleasant Valley: That the same things Paul said about and prayed for the church in Corinth (in I Cor.1:3-10) could be granted to this congregation. That we would be a family demonstrating. . .grace, peace, knowledge, generosity, righteousness, and unity.

My real passion: Trying to make a positive difference in the lives of my family and the young people that God allows me to serve.

Some Scriptures that inspire me: The Proverbs, and Psalms, especially Psalm 71:18: “Yea, even when I am old and gray headed,/O God, forsake me not,/Until I have declared thy strength unto the next generation,/Thy might to every one that is to come.” (RSV)

Additional comments: I am humbled that this church family has asked me to serve as one of their shepherds. I pray that God will grant me the wisdom to help lead this church as He would have it go.
