This ministry’s areas reflect an expanded ministry initiative involving our Senior Adults with the goal of more intentionally creating new opportunities for (1) spiritual formation (i.e., devotional times, Bible Studies, prayer meetings, etc.); (2) ministry to others, and (3) fellowship activities (i.e., fun and fellowship times, trips, meals, physical exercise activities, etc.).

• Golden Years Ministry

The Golden Years Ministry works with a growing segment of our congregation, those 65 or older. Each participant in the program is matched with a sponsor who desires to build a special relationship with someone in their golden years. Through monthly organized activities and one-on-one involvement, each participant and sponsor have the opportunity to cultivate endearing friendships.
