FW: Czech Letter #11Hello everyone,
It's be too long since I've sent you a newsletter to
update you on the great things happening among us in Olomouc, Czech Republic.
And so now, attached to this email, for your reading and viewing pleasure,
you'll find a very special newsletter jam-packed with news about the last five
months. It's longer than usual. But think about it this way: you don't get
newsletters from me often, so having a long one to read every now in and then
won't hurt, right? ;-)
Thanks to all of you very much -- especially
those of you who pray for us as a part of our 24-7 prayer vigil -- for
keeping the work here before the Father's throne in your thoughts and prayers.
Here are a few specific things to please be praying about:
- Babies! Just last week Sarah and Joshua Beall's
baby boy, Jakub Eli Beall, was born. He and mom are both healthy and happy.
And Sarah Keen has a baby on the way due in just a few months. Please keep
these moms and babies in your prayers.
- Christie and her family. For comfort and peace
for Christie and her mom and brother. Their father passed away due to cancer a
few months ago.
- Libor. A friend of ours from the church in Brno.
His father passed away unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago.
-
- Single Moms. We know several single mothers in
town and they have an especially heavy weight to carry in raising their children
alone. Please keep Sharka, Stanya, and Radka in your prayers.
- Our
areas of outreach: Teens // University & Young Adults // Young Families
& Single Moms
- If
you're one who likes to pray for people by name, her are a few to keep in
mind:
- Teens: Misha, Zuzka, Renca, Kamila, Tomas, Lukas,
Dan, David, Katka
-
- University & Young Adults: Martina, Lenka,
Veronika, Radek, Marty, Pavel, Petr, Terka, Crazy, Monika, Iveta, Maria
-
- Families & Single Moms: Eda & Lucka,
Eda, Sharka, Stanya, Radka, the 'floorball group'
- You'll
find lots of other things highlighted in blue in the attached newsletter
to be praying about...
I can't thank you
enough for your prayers, support and encouragement. Enjoy the newsletter and
God bless!
In Him,
Mitch
