Ministries I’m closely involved in: My wife and I have worked in the Teen Ministry, the LIFE Group Ministry, the CEP Ministry and have taught various classes during our years here.

Personal dreams and goals for Pleasant Valley: For the church family here to continue providing the love and support for the membership and the community that it always has through the years. Anyone who has ever been on the receiving end of that knows this church is known for that. I would love to see PV grow and strive to be the example that Christ was. It would be inspiring to see our entire church be a cohesive group, working together, assisting and encouraging each other, so that we all may obtain the ultimate goal that every Christian works towards. I would hope and desire that each of us would understand that we all probably won’t agree on every single issue and decision that comes up and things won’t go our way each and every time. Hopefully we can move past those times when they occur and focus on our salvation.

My real passion: Working with and helping develop our younger members into the future leadership of this church and serving God and the membership any way I can.

Some scriptures that inspire me: Book of Proverbs; Book of James; Matthew 11:28; Matthew 22:37-39

Myself in a few words: I enjoy hunting, golf, fishing, gardening, sports, spending quality time with my family and hearing “God is Love” sung during our worship service. It sends chills down my spine each and every time.

Additional comments: PV is a special church and provides a special work in this community. Our family is glad to be a part of it.
