HI/Low Aerobics - High/low aerobics with 35-40 minutes of cardio conditioning plus abdominals and stretch.
Step – Join us for a fun, athletic step workout offering a variety of intensity levels. Get a great workout on the step!
Body Sculpt – Offers muscular endurance and strength using weights, stability balls, dumbbells, etc.
Stretch – Join us for a class that promotes flexibility and relaxation.
