Ministry: Fitness / Wellness

To bring people closer to God by providing a ministry which not only promotes Christian fellowship but also encourages physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Open your hearts and mind to the concept of becoming physically, emotionally, and spiritually fit. Physical activity helps decrease stress and blood pressure, but it increases self-esteem and the immune system. Through physical activity, you can strengthen both your body and your relationship with God. Not only can your spiritual lives be impacted, but also social connections can be built and strengthened. Use your workout time to meditate, pray, and make a deeper connection with God. Use the time to meet new people, form relationships, and praise God for all He has provided for you. Not only will it make a difference in your life, but also in the lives of those around you. Keeping these thoughts in mind, make exercise a part of your daily routine. Remember your body is from God, by God and is God’s. It is a gift from God so take care of it!!!
